摘 要
中国加入全球贸易组织后，受经济全球化和网络电子商务发展，物流市场竞争以及国外许多知名公司利用第三方物流成功开拓发展的影响，目前,第三方物流服务供应商接手一家公司部分或全部物流职能的做法越来越普遍，也越来越被专家们所称道。第三方物流作为国民经济的命脉，在日常生产和生活中起着不可替代的作用。然而，我国第三方物流起步较晚，远远跟不上时代发展的需要。目前，在欧、美、日本等发达国家和地区，物流业已经形成了比较完善的交通运输和信息网络，部分物流服务是由第三方物流公司来经营。经过二十多年的改革开放和经济的持续快速发展，我国目前已初步具备了发展第三方物流管理和配送技术的经济环境和市场条件。但是，第三方物流是随着物流技术的迅速提高,物流业发展到一定阶段必然出现的产物。而我国物流业真正的发展，也不过是五六年的时间，尚未发展充分。因此，在第三方物流发展的过程中便出现了这样那样的问题。

Abstract
After China joins the global trade organization, by the economic globalization and the Internet e-commerce development, the logistics market competition and foreign many well-known third-party logistics companies use successful pioneering the development of the impact of the current, third-party logistics service providers to take over some or all of the logistics company functions of the increasingly common practice, experts are increasingly being called Road. Third-party logistics as the lifeline of national economy, production and in daily life plays an irreplaceable role. However, late start of the third party logistics, is far behind the needs of the times. Currently, in Europe, America, Japan and other developed countries and regions, the logistics industry has formed a relatively complete transportation and information network, part of the logistics service is provided by third-party logistics companies to operate. After twenty years of reform and opening up and sustained and rapid economic development, China has initially with the development of third-party logistics management and distribution technology, economic conditions and market conditions. However, third party logistics, with the rapid increase in logistics technology, logistics industry to the inevitable product of a certain stage. The real development of the logistics industry, it is five to six years, however, not yet developed fully. Therefore, in the process of third-party logistics development has appeared in such kind of problems.
