[摘要] 随着计算机技术的迅猛发展，学校教学和管理的信息化也有长足的进步。学校的信息化管理是教育发展的必然趋势，要办好一个信息化的管理体系，就要求各个环节都均衡发展，从软硬件双方面把学校建设成一流的信息管理的平台。以下我将针对软件——学生党员信息管理系统，也就是我组开发的毕业设计。该系统目的是为减轻教师工作负担、提高工作效率,也方便学生查询等,是传统全人工化管理模式所无法披靡的。
系统选用的开发软件是ASP.NET,后台数据库为SQL Server2000企业版,本人负责的是修改及删除信息功能。这是管理员操作的对象也是系统正常运转的基础。

Student party member information management system

[Abstract] Along with the computer technology swift and violent development, the school teaching and management becoming information based society also has the considerable progress. The school becoming an information based society management is the inevitable trend development of educates, in order to handle a becoming an information based society the management system, must requests each link all develop in balance, constructs from the software and hardware double aspect make the school become the first-class information management platform. Below I will aim at the software --- student party member information management system, also will be the graduation project which my group will develop. This system goal is for lightens the teacher work load, enhance the working efficiency, and also facilitates the student inquiry and so on, which is the traditional entire manpower working management pattern, is unable to flee.
The system selects the development software is ASP.NET, The backstage database is the SQL2000 enterprise version. What I take charge is the revision/Deletion information module; this is the object which the manager operates, also is the system movement foundation.

1.1 背景
进入 21 世纪随着计算机网络技术和Internet的不断发展，使得社会的节奏越来越快,其在教育界的影响也是具有深远意义的。一个学校要办好办大在办事效率上起到了关键的作用，于是在人们想借助信息技术辅助教学的呼声下，学生党员信息管理系统就孕育而生了，他的方便快捷的管理模式很快就逐步取代了以前的那种全人工化的繁杂处理方式。他具有时效性、共享性、交互性和个别化等特点，可以随时随地的处理问题，在目前的教育界中越来越得到师生的青睐。这种以计算机技术来辅助教学的方式使教师有更多的时间从事教学，也使学生方便快捷的得到自己想知道的信息。可以说他的出现与发展得到教育界的一致认可。是20世纪80年代以来国际教育发展的共同趋势。到目前为止世界上有电脑的国家几乎都运用了这一技术，这真正让人们体验了科技的力量，这种网络化的管理模式是教育界发展的必然趋势，是社会发展的必然产物。
